About Pico Condos

Pico-First Stays, Managed by Simple

Pico Condos is an independent site for travelers who want to stay close to Pico Mountain and book direct with Simple Vacation Rentals.

Why this site exists

Pico deserves its own front door.

Pico Mountain is a destination of its own, with classic Vermont terrain and condos close to the lifts. Come for ski days, summer hikes, or fall foliage. This site brings the condos and trip-planning details together so you can build your stay around Pico.

Simple Vacation Rentals manages the condos on this site, from bookings and arrival details to guest support and local property care.

This site is not affiliated with Pico Mountain or the Pico Homeowners Association.

The people behind your stay

Simple, Inc. is led by Dave McComb, a Killington-based vacation rental owner and operator. The Simple Vacation Rentals team handles guest communication, arrival details, and property care for the condos on this site.

Where our information comes from

Condo descriptions, sleeping arrangements, and amenities are based on Simple's property listings and details supplied by management. Property pages link to the original listing. Guest review excerpts are attributed to their reviewers; we do not create reviews for new listings.

Mountain statistics come from Pico Mountain's published information. Rates, availability, cancellation terms, resort hours, and pass prices can change: confirm current details in Simple's booking checkout or with the service provider before making plans.
